CHECK IN/OUT TIMES

Check in time is 3:00 pm. Early check-ins may granted upon availability. Check out time is 11:00am. Occasionally we are able to accommodate late check outs. Please contact Guest Services for more information.

Smoking

The Inn at Creek Street is 100% smoke-free. We charge a $200 fee for any evidence of smoking in the rooms. Please ask staff for designated smoking areas.

In consideration of the diverse health needs of our guests, we maintain a no-pet policy within our hotel rooms. This policy is in place to address potential pet-related allergens that could affect the comfort of our guests. Any breach of this policy will incur a $200 cleaning fee, implemented to ensure the integrity of our accommodation standards.

However, it's important to note that we do make a special provision for service animals. Recognizing their crucial role, we extend a welcome to these trained assistants, acknowledging their necessity for certain guests. This exception aligns with our commitment to accommodating the needs of all patrons while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Guests

In order to uphold the security and privacy of our valued guests, we have established a policy restricting overnight stays in guest rooms solely to registered individuals. Additionally, in our commitment to fostering a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum. Excessive noise can disrupt the tranquility of neighboring rooms and properties, and we appreciate your cooperation in creating a peaceful atmosphere for everyone's enjoyment.

GETTING TO THE HOTEL

We offer convenient shuttle services to and from your arrival and departure points. To coordinate transportation, please contact us at (907) 225-0246. For those arriving by car, our address is 133 Stedman Street.

Situated in the heart of downtown Ketchikan, all our properties are nestled around Creek Street. For any assistance or inquiries, our Guest Services is conveniently situated at the ground floor of the Bayside Hotel—a distinctive three-story pink building located at the mouth of Ketchikan Creek. We look forward to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

There is a designated loading zone right in front of our building. Guests are encouraged to use this area while checking in. For longer parking needs, there are additional parking options down the road. Feel free to reach out to Guest Services for any assistance or clarification regarding parking arrangements. We look forward to making your arrival at The Inn at Creek Street as smooth as possible.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

We kindly request that cancellations be made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time. Reservations canceled beyond this time frame will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, as it allows us to optimize our services and provide the best possible experience for all our guests.

Photography

Many of the external building photos on our website were taken by the wildly talented Zak Zeinert. Zak stayed at the Inn at Creek Street in 2016 when he traveled to Ketchikan as part of the Alaska Airlines Weekend Wanderer campaign.
