Rooms 1 through 4 are located on the front of the building facing the harbor. The views of the Thomas Basin boat harbor are stunning. Each room is equipped with carefully selected antique furniture and are ideal for individuals or couples. Because these are street facing rooms, we provide plugs to help block the occasional nighttime noises. And, the portable A/C unit (available during the summer months) provides temperature control and sound buffering. For those most interested in a view, these four rooms are the best choice.

Rooms 5 & 7 are the interior rooms of the New York and are the quieter rooms. The windows in these rooms face an exterior rock wall with natural vegetation. These rooms are ideal for lighter sleepers who enjoy a darker, quieter night sleep.

Room 6 is located on the side of the building with a window overlooking a partial view of the harbor. This room is set further back from the road and thus provides a quieter space while still offering natural light from the two double-hung windows.

Room 8 offers two XL twin beds and is perfect for guests needing separate beds. This room is similar to Room 6 in that it located on the side of the building facing the parking lot to the south. There is a partial view of the Thomas Basin Harbor. This is another room located away from the road which provides a quieter space for our guests.
